Over a six-month strategy sprint, Arcane rebuilt a high-volume YouTube operation into a smarter, more efficient growth system - increasing worldwide revenue by 60% YoY, global RPM by 38%, watch time by 24% and reducing unsubscribers by 30%.

The channel achieved this while publishing 77% fewer videos PoP (50% less YoY) and spending $0 on YouTube advertising. YouTube advertising had previously been a material source of view growth for the channel, contributing 76.77M views in the prior period (13.7% of total views).

Arcane audited the full channel library and oversaw the reorganization of nearly 100 playlists around viewer intent, the rebuilding of end-screen logic around dynamic content pathways and newly refreshed metadata in English and Spanish. We then sunset or reorganized nearly 90% of Shorts, restarted the livestream strategy, surfaced nearly 300 deep archive assets and coordinated AI upscaling efforts for previously underused or lost footage.

Results improved across all areas: livestream views increased 96% PoP, average percentage viewed rose from 69% to 76.4%, search views increased 23.7%, playlist views up 21.3% and end-screen views improving 42.2%,

In 2024, Arcane’s strategic overhaul of the Sony LATAM YouTube network delivered exceptional growth across all key metrics. Generating over 700M views (+25.5% YoY), 1.1 million new subscribers (+14.3% YoY), 8 MILLENNIUM’S worth of minutes watched (+30.5% YoY), 14 million engagements and nearly seven figures of annual revenue - an increase of 104% YoY.

Arcane also oversaw the successful launch of a new digital hub, Shark Tank LATAM. As of May 2025, the channel has generated 100 million views and over 25 million minutes watched, positioning it as a standout success within the regional content ecosystem.

What began as a focused audit and 90-day content strategy quickly evolved into full-scale brand rebuild. In just four short months Arcane increased views by 214% year-over-year, generated 3.5 years of watch time (a 1,750% increase), and grew revenue by 5,311% - doubling the channel’s total lifetime earnings since its launch in 2007. The channel also saw 4 million impressions (+715% YoY) and a 379% spike in new subscribers.
